APPOINTMENTS: For your safety and others, please adhere to these rules.
1 Wait inside car until called. One person present at appointments
2Patients to wear PPE (patients own mask, or a reusable mask from clinic). Handbags and coats left by door. Do not use your phone. Shoe coverings provided
3Wash hands in the clinic sink and use paper towels. Dispose in clinical waste bin
4Temperature check. Oxygen saturation’s measured
5Covid19 test performed (advised)
6Covid19 consent form completed
The clinic room is sanitised between patients using a ‘Fogger’ that sanitises ALL surfaces and airborne contagion.

(1) To avoid disappointment to other patients and loss of business, a booking fee of £50 is requested, but will be RETURNED if you proceed with a treatment. The treatment does not need to be on the same day.

(2) A MEDICAL Consultation is a standard requirement before proceeding with ANY treatments, by a Prescribing Nurse or Doctor. At Browns Clinic, Marion Brown is qualified to prescribe medicine.

(2) You will receive a confirmation email. A RESCHEDULE or CANCELLATION link is at the bottom of that page. Please use these if necessary.

(3) DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT FOR REVIEWS. Please text Marion Brown, requesting a review consultation, if it has NOT already been arranged, 07835357060.

(4) NON REFUNDABLE if you provide less than the standard 24 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule. You will receive an email.

(5) Browns Clinic uses Stripe to take payments and they have facilitated refunds without bank details being visible, other than the last 4 digits. It is secured.

(6) Brown’s Clinic Ltd is compliant with GDPR (European Union Data Protection Regulations) where confidential information is not shared without consent. Brown’s Clinic is also registered with the iCO (Information Commissioner’s Office). A GDPR compliant questionnaire is a part of the consultation process - opt in or out of promotional information on social media.

(7) Each patients details and medical records, are treated with the highest confidentiality as per guidelines and will only be shared with a medical colleague on verbal or written consent, or should it be clinically necessary for the welfare of the patient.

(8) By signing the ‘Terms of Business’, during the booking process, you are providing permission to store your personal details within Brown’s Clinic, medical software. The software is safe guarded by means of a password only known to Marion Brown. There are no other staff members.

(9) All medical records are kept behind a locked and secured room covered by CCTV and an alarm system, internally and externally for security and safety purposes.

(10) Photo images are stored within a secured app (ICO compliant) that requires a login as well as an individual code to enter the patients file.

(11) Browns Clinic is located in a private residential road and is built for its purpose within the grounds of Marion Browns residence. There is no waiting room or reception as they are considered unnecessary based on the length of each booking time. Please look for BLUE times on the diary, which represents availability.

(12) C-19 procedures in seeing patients have been clearly stipulated on the appointment page. If you are providing your own mask, it is essential you feel no air around it. Shoe coverings and gloves provided. Washing hands is essential. C-19 finger prick tests with a 98% accuracy are encouraged with no profit made by Browns Clinic Ltd, a small fee is charged. Your practitioner, Marion Brown, is tested privately regularly and is currently negative to antibodies.
